I am a dedicated therapist committed to offering compassionate and personalised psychotherapy services. With a focus on empathy and confidentiality, I provide a safe and nurturing emotional environment for you to explore your emotions and work towards positive change. Sessions will be held in the comfort of your own home whether that be remotely through video call or an in person visit.

Within this framework, I integrate techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Specialist Support for Autism
In addition to individual therapy, I have extensive experience working with autistic children and their parents as an alternative provider to schools. I focus on positive parenting strategies and provide parents with tools to support their own mental well-being, while also championing their child’s development—both personally and socially—as they navigate the world around them.
